Item NameHissori Arashi (Quiet Tempest)
Effect(s)Shikai Release Phrase – Shaberi, Hissori Arashi (Speak, Quiet Tempest)
False Bankai Release Phrase - Tamaso ma jyotir gamaya, mrityor ma amritam gamaya (Lead us from darkness to light, lead us from death to immortality). This is a Hindu prayer from Kishou's childhood)
Shikai – In the shikai form, Kishou gains slight control over electricity, he can redirect 1 of his enemy's electrical attacks every two posts. He can easily redirect Hado #4 (Byakurai), and absorbs Hado #11 (Tsuzuri Raiden) rather than becoming damaged by it. If he doesn't release the absorbed electricity from his body within one post, he takes far more damage than normal from it. On the other hand, if he uses Byakurai or Tsuzuri Raiden, he does incredible damage.
Second stage – Upon releasing Hissori Arashi's second stage of shikai, he shows his control over kido. He gains slight control over fire, he can easily redirect Hado #31 (Shakkaho) and Hado #33 (Sokatsui) in this form. He can redirect 1 of his enemy's fire attacks every two posts. He can back his bakudo with fire damage in this form.
Third stage (to be discovered in RP) - No release phrase, Hissori Arashi's elemental attacks can now come from either sword and a combined special attack becomes available.
Description In the unreleased state, Hissori Arashi is a simple, normal katana that looks quite like an asauchi zanpakuto, which adds to the fact that Kishou is almost indistinguishable from many unseated shinigami. The single difference in Hissori Arashi is the fact that it has a wide line in the middle of it that is pure black. While unsheathed, the line becomes an incredibly bright white, which allows him to release straight to his false bankai (takes three posts of being unsheathed).
In shikai, Hissori Arashi becomes a scimitar with a green metal ring at the end of its hilt. The hilt is silver as well, and emeralds are inserted into it. The blade is silver and there are flecks of emeralds within it.
Upon releasing his false bankai, he creates a second scimitar that has ruby flecks in the blade, rubies inserted into the hilt, and a red metal ring at the end. His false bankai is actually the second stage of his shikai.
In the third stage, Kishou just touches the rings of his swords together, then quickly brings them apart, showing that they are now connected by a collection of tinier rings made of Kishou's reiatsu. The rings are half green and half red.
Hissori Arashi exists on a make-shift boat in the middle of the sea that is constantly in the midst of a tornado where he has become one with the storm. He looks no different from a young, human male, but Kishou suspects that it is himself when he was still alive. Hissori Arashi sometimes speaks of stories from Kishou's childhood and claims that one must know his enemy to know himself. Hissori Arashi lives this quote by living at peace with the storm, the only physical obstacle in his life.
