Otherwise, i'm going to be registering a lot of different things in a lot of different places. Feel free to delete the old profile. Everything is the exact same, only i'm using the new template to register everything he needs here at once.)

Description
Personality
Yoshida is very wise for his age (he is considered young amongst other spirits). He is a very humble man and a very deep thinker, a scholar some even might say. He is proud of the work he does and places deep thought into every situation; a fellow shinigami once told him; ''you can't be laid back, Yoshi-san, because you're always thinking too deeply about being laid back.''. To that end, he isn't the type to lay about and waste time. He's an active person, always getting things done, and always getting annoyed when he isn't. He is generally kind but he's never got the fear of speaking his mind which may lead people to dislike him upon a first impression, but in reality he believes life should be forward and unhindered by hesitation. Yoshida enjoys drinking and smoking as forms of relaxation during the rare occurences he isn't doing anything, and can often be seen lightning up a cigarette during his normal activities.
He is a believer in higher thought and intellect, always believing a person has room to improve and learn. He believes the mind is the center of life's teachings, and one should do everything in their power to never stop learning and never stop experiencing. He loves to try new things and some would even say he likes to learn more from his mistakes than gloat about a victory. Even in things people deem him as perfect at, he will still analyze his own actions for any possible flaw and attempt to improve, making him somewhat of a perfectionist. In battle, he is incredibly perceptional and strategical, taking down his opponents move by move.

Background
Unlike some spirits, Yoshida wasn't lucky enough to remember his past life.
What he does remember starts from a life in Rukongai. He worked as an author and teacher at a school in Rukongai, giving all child spirits an adequate education. Life was simple and he lived in a more lawless district of Rukongai, where Shinigami very rarely ever stopped by to lend a helping hand. Many men in the village were properly trained in at least the basics by the local blacksmith and weapons instructor, and Yoshida was no exception. He was great friends with the man, in fact, and they spent a lot of time together as friends. The blacksmith was fairly elderly, and because of this, not many people spoke to him. Yoshida saw him as a wellspring of intelligence and wisdom, and spent as much time as he could with the man. One day, while they were out gathering materials from another District, they were ambushed by a group of hollows.
Yoshida's first response was not to wait and watch the elderly man get to work killing hollows, but to take it upon himself. He drew the man's sword from his very own waist and protected him, and, seeing how well Yoshida had formed his own style of fighting and incorporated his lessons well, decided to break the truth to him. In reality, the old man was a retired shinigami, and he suggested that Yoshida apply for membership as soon as possible. Bidding him farewell, he arrived at the gates with a signed document from the man himself. The gate guardian allowed him passage and sent him with escorts just in case. He arrived at the academy and immediately applied for membership, and at first, he was turned down. However, when he was being hassled by an unseated Shinigami, he made it a point to challenge him to a duel of Zanjutsu.
The duel commenced the following hour, and Yoshida had utterly embarassed the man with only a few movements, even commenting on every single mistake the man had made from start to finish. Impressed, he was accepted the following day after a messenger visited his home. After his enrollment, he took a great deal of interest in three areas of shinigami combat. He found Hakuda to be of no use; if you let yourself be disarmed in combat, you could have taken steps to stop that from happening, and you deserved to be cut down if you were without a weapon. He put no focus on that besides what was not mandatory to pass, and instead, focused more on his development of kido, zanjutsu, and hoho. He did end up graduating with impressive marks in the books, and was placed into Division Five.
His time in Division Five warranted him the learning of several Kido spells, but he wouldn't spend much time there. Aizen's departure left the squad in shambles, and it was advised he apply somewhere else. When he refused, he was placed in Division Thirteen. He grew close with this particular squad, but he never actually gained a seat; they were already all taken by very competent officers, and to that end, he still tried to prove himself and outshine seated shinigami to earn a seat for himself. He wound up taking a mission far above his expected capabilities, and though he survived, it would end with dire consequences. He fought an Adjuchas, and, being the most difficult battle of his life even to this day, it left him with several deep scars across his body. One of these wounds, during the final blow, happened to have been drenched with hollow remains.
It burned like a fiery acid that no mortal should ever have had to feel. He felt like a second mind lied in rest behind his first after that day, and, eventually, he felt the need to admit it to his squad. After admitting his wound had been splashed with hollow remains, the full force of the law came smashing down upon his head. It was forbidden for a hollow-touched Shinigami to exist in Seireitei, and he had two choices; he could be slain by his own squad in execution, or he could exile himself to the human world, never to return, provided with a gigai. He took the second option as the squad he once called his closest friends looked upon him with judgment and hatred, and he exiled himself to the human world. It has only been a decade or two ever since that day, and now, present day, he spends his time aiding Quincy and all other protectors of the human world. He contacts his old squad through Hell Butterflies often, and even accepts missions from Seireitei to aid both worlds as best he can.

Zanpakutō
Name Akisamehime
Element Water
Appearance
Akisamehime, in her sealed form, is a bit different than your average sealed zanpakuto. She does not take the form of a katana, wakizashi, or other such thing, but rather takes the form of an elegant Uchigatana. The Uchigatana is adorned with a pattern of elegantly flowing water across its blade. The hilt of the sword has a sky blue tassel hanging from it, with the grip made of a soft cloth of the same color. The guard is shaped like a large drop of water sideways. In its entirety, the Zanpakuto is very beautiful and quite a wonder to behold; its form allows more for the use of iaijutsu than typical swordplay, but that doesn't exactly mean it can't be used well with any particular sword style. Many have claimed it is disappointing to see such an elegant weapon be stained by blood.
Shikai Release ''Kakou, Akisamehime.'' (Fall, Autumn Rain)
Upon invoking the Shikai command of ''Kakou, Akisamehime'' (Fall, Autumn Rain), Akisamehime begins to bubble lightly before it explodes into a torrent of water. The gigantic torrent of water will then compress and form an orb above Yoshida's head, then expand in one swift motion into a circle of water about eight feet in diameter around Yoshida's body. As soon as the water expands, it causes a temperature change in the sky that forms rain clouds, which stay active as long as the shikai does. This will, of course, cause a large area around Yoshida to rain. While this rain does at first seem pointless or harmless, it is actually infused with Yoshida's reiatsu.
Shikai Techniques
-A rain storm is summoned and its density and velocity can be controlled by Yoshida, disrupting sight. The rain's pressure and velocity can be manipulated by by Yoshida, to the point where it stings to be hit by. Also, due to the rain being created from a cloud created by released reiatsu, it acts as a sort of sonar; when the rain is thickened to lower the enemy's visibility, Yoshida knows exactly where they are by feeling obstruction against the water droplets.
-Water can be freely manipulated, condensed, and pressurized, allowing for weapons to be created from water, and also allowing the use of water's liquid flexibility while giving it the physical properties of a solid, such as being able to cut and block attacks. The water is used in varying offensive and defensive purposes. For example, waves of slicing water can be manipulated through will alone or with Yoshida's hands, which refines the control to be more precise and quick.
-Water can be freely combined with Kido spells for more devastating affects, although specific hand movements are required in addition to the incantations to do so. Examples are firing Hado #33 with torrents of water flowing behind it. These hand movements will be registered along with individual Kido. Even Kido without incantations require the movements.

Hollowfication
Hollow Appearance
The bottom-middle mask is his. (Yes, the one that looks squiddy.)
In his full hollow form, which is extremely rare, his mask sprouts tentacles that wrap around his face and hold the mask in place, signifying its dominance. His body's skin tone changes to an extremely pale tone and becomes hollow white, a hollow hole opening up on his abs. His body grows spikes like the ones seen on his mask all over, and his eyes glow a pale blue through his mask. He cannot speak and instead lets out ferocious roars. This form is very, very rare and only happens when Yoshida loses complete control of his inner hollow.
Hollow Abilities
The only abilities granted to him by his mask are the basic one; an increase to reiatsu and all physical attributes, and the second is that the corrupted reiatsu will seep into his Kido when using them, making them more powerful but very unstable. For example, Byakurai has power comparable to a Cero, but is incredibly unstable. Most Kido also take on a red-black coloring.
Other Abilities
Technique Name Shitotsu Sansen (Beak-Piercing Triple Beam)
Type of Effect Targeted, Kido Spell
Drawback If the enemy recognizes the movements or the spell before it happens, it becomes easier to dodge. With extreme force, it can be broken, but it is difficult.
Description Yoshida's personal version, instead of an incantation (the spell has no known one) uses specific hand movements to fuel it, sort of like drawing with your reiatsu. Yoshida will weave his arms in a triangle shape then jab his fingers at the three points of it, then move his arms in a wheel shape to cause the formation to spin. Then, with a palm thrust, he sends it flying at the opponent. The spell causes the whole construction to slam into the opponent with a large amount of blunt force, then slam them into an object and pin them there.
Technique Name Enkosen (Arc Shield)
Type of Effect Self-Targeted, Kido Spell
Drawback The shield is easy to maneuver around in close range by means of Sonido, Hirenkyaku, Shunpo, or just plain Agility.
Description This spell forms a medium-sized shield of energy that blocks incoming attacks. It seems to form right in front of the user, ensuring safety from attacks that could wash around the shield, like flames. Yoshida has no hand movements for this spell besides focusing the reiatsu, sweeping his hands apart, throwing one palm forward, then throwing the arm off to the side behind his back.
Technique Name Sokatsui (Blue Fire, Crash Down)
Type of Effect Targeted, Kido Spell
Drawback The incantation takes a few seconds to speak, so unless the spell is very dead-on target, it has a chance to miss entirely.
Description The user speaks the incantation; "Ye lord! Mask of flesh and bone, flutter of wings, ye who bears the name of Man! Truth and temperance, upon this sinless wall of dreams unleash but slightly the wrath of your claws." Afterward, a blast of blue fire with more force and potency and volatility than Hado #31 is fired from the hand at the opponent with potent destructive force.
Technique Name Byakurai (Pale Lightning)
Type of Effect Targeted, Kido Spell
Drawback It takes a few seconds to charge before firing, so using it with a binding spell is most effective. Otherwise, the enemy could dodge it.
Description The user fires a concentrated, powerful lightning bolt from their finger. Yoshida's hand movements for this spell simply involve him pointing two fingers upward with his hand in front of his body with the other hand supporting the back of his hand. Electric current begins to flow, then he forms those two fingers into a gun shape and lets loose.
Technique Name Shunpo (Flash Step)
Type of Effect Self-Targeted
Drawback Inexperienced users, like Yoshida, can tire easily.
Description Shunpo is the art of letting a shinigami move faster than the eye can follow for about a second at a time. The fast movement is typically warranted with a ''swish'' sound, but more experienced users can move fast enough to eliminate that noise entirely.
